I’m going to start journaling when my need to eat hits me because I need to figure out why I eat so much, but also when I should eat and when I should not.
I feel hungry right now. It’s 12:14, lunchtime. My belly has that gnawing feeling, I’m getting grumpy. I should eat. I have a half of a chicken sandwhich in the fridge upstairs that I should eat.
What’s preventing me?
Well I’m at work, I can’t take a break until people leave the store. Monty is coming back from new orleans sometimes between 1 & 2 and I know he’s going to want to eat.
I found a solution, I’ll snack on almonds.
